Description

We are looking for high-energy, driven Support Engineer to join our organization!

Support Engineer at KMS Lighthouse will be a primary technical team player in providing support for our major clients all around the Globe. The Support Engineer will work closely with the DevOps and Development teams, assisting as Tier 1 for our support team and represent KMS Lighthouse as the professional authority in ongoing work with the technical factors from the client’s side.

Ideal candidates will be presenting experience as a support engineer for applicative solutions or as help desk.

Requirements Must have's

Strong knowledge in Windows administration
Experience working with Virtualization systems (VMWare or other)
Mother tongue level of Hebrew and English
Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Providers
Ideal candidates will be presenting experience as a support engineer for appreciative solutions or as help desk

Advantages

Knowledge in Linux administration and scripting
Computer science graduate or Industrial management degree.
Knowledge in Tomcat and Apache
Knowledge with VMWare, Java, XML, Solr, Log4J
