Enosh: A KMS Lighthouse Success Story

In this interview, Hilla Hadas, Executive Director of Enosh shares how the non-profit organization is using KMS Lighthouse to manage all knowledge and training for non-technical employees. During the COVID-19 outbreak, KMS Lighthouse enabled the Enosh team to continue working seamlessly and is benefiting from the AI and BI capabilities of the knowledge management system.

Enosh, The Israeli Mental Health Association, was established in 1978 to support people with psychiatric disabilities and their family members. Over the years, the organization has spearheaded innovative rehabilitation services based on a personal approach and principles of the mental health Recovery Model, which enable people with mental illness to lead meaningful lives. Enosh is the largest organization in Israel that provides mental health rehabilitation services.
