 KMS Lighthouse is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a global SaaS company in Atlanta, Georgia. This high-energy, driven professionals and natural sales instincts will be joining us at a time of rapid growth. The role will require you to train, develop, manage and push our account executive team forward.

Base Salary + Commission

Qualification

4+ years of hands onsoftware sales experience (SaaS) from a product company, making enterprise sales- A must
2+ years of experience managing teams, leading a highly effective sales team- An advantage
Ability to drive team motivation and strong sales
Ability to meet revenue goals and targets
Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
Native English speaker
Selling solutions for customer experience / call center / CRM experience - a huge advantage
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
