KMS Lighthouse is looking for an is looking for an entry-level Sales Support (pre-sales) to support our growing team. We are looking at talented individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
This position would be ideal for a content manager and individual familiar with knowledge management solutions and CRM tools.
Working closely with the assigned manager to provide professional support for specific sales opportunities
Analysis of customer needs including new and existing customers
Identify the main business challenges in each customer in the domain of customer experience
On-going maintenance of a local demo environment
Adjustments of professional documentation to the local market
Understand and convey the value of a product and focus on key strengths relevant to a customer’s challenges
Managing POC (Proof of Concept) activity: Targets and goals definition including success criteria, Define SOW for the POC/Pilot, Leadership of short POC Project by managing administrative and professional tasks, Hands on work to create the relevant content for the POC
Mother Tongue English level
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to lead product/functional demonstrations and company presentations
Experience in characterization and deployment of software to enterprise businesses – advantage
Experience in a Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment- advantage
