We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals and natural sales instincts to join our sales organization!

As a sales Representative you will be hunting new business within in the USA. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to grow the activity and move things forward to high scales.

Responsibilities

Produce a pipeline of interested customers and partners
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
The opportunity to generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
Achieve weekly reporting and sales status development
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
Base Salary + Commission

Requirements

2+ years of software sales experience (software sales is a must)
Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
Native English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

Selling solutions for customer experience / call centers/ CRM experience
Inside sales experience a plus
Enterprise prospecting experience a plus
Self-motivated to grow small operations to large
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
