KMS Lighthouse is looking for an Entry-Level Pre-Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the assigned manager to provide professional support for specific sales opportunities
Analysis of customer needs including new and existing customers
Prepare high quality product demonstrations and answer potential customer questions
Act as a conduit between sales teams and product development teams to improve customer experience
On-going maintenance of a local demo environment
Understand and convey the value of a product and focus on key strengths relevant to a customer’s challenges
Managing POC (Proof of Concept) activity: Targets and goals definition including success criteria, Define SOW for the POC/Pilot, Leadership of short POC Project by managing administrative and professional tasks, Hands on work to create the relevant content for the POC

Requirements

Excellent presentation skills
Sales orientation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead product/functional demonstrations and company presentations
Experience in characterization and deployment of software to enterprise businesses – advantage
Experience in a Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment- advantage
