Description

KMS Lighthouse is looking for Delivery & Support Specialist that will take part in project of onboarding process of new customers, maintaining the satisfaction level of existing ones and providing support to our customers using the application.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in the content/knowledge management field.

What you’ll do:

Ensure the successful management of projects for new customers and expansions of existing clients
Engage with our clients through remote meetings, email, phone or via the ticketing system
Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems and where necessary escalate the case to the relevant people
Think creatively about technical issues and provide clients with workarounds when necessary
Work closely with clients, internal teams and external partners
Keep current on product releases and updates
Provide training to clients about the product and its components
