We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Manager who will join our growing team located in Atlanta to deliver a superb customer experience to our clients in the US. Our customers’ satisfaction is the key to our success, making this role a vital component for our company’s growth.

The Customer Success Manager will lead and ensure the onboarding process of new customers and maintaining the satisfaction level of existing ones.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with your clients.
Manage onboarding process of new clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Manage QBRs with your customers.
Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems and where necessary escalate the case to the relevant people.
Actively engage with multiple contacts in each account to ensure amazing partnership and communication.
Manage escalation events as a pro.
Know well the product to address the business needs of your clients
You will have the ability to establish a business relationship with C-levels, negotiate renewals and upsells.

Requirements

Great interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer success or account management, advantage in a SaaS-based company.
Team player with abilities to motivate people.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
High prioritization skills and process orientation.
