About The Position
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Security and Compliance Specialist to support our growing team. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, R&D, Support, and Delivery.

Responsibilities
- Leading the security and compliance domain end-to-end.
- Implementing and maintaining security standards and frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, CJIS, GDPR, etc.).
- Review and revise compliance policies and other documents, according to regulatory updates and changes worldwide.
- Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and experience in Cloud infrastructure, data, applications, systems, network security concepts, and the tools used to identify security threats.
- Raise awareness and conduct training for various business functions regarding data privacy laws and the company’s privacy policies and practices.
- Carrying out internal and external organizational risk assessments and management.
- Ensure security detection, protection, response, and recovery standards, processes, and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to bring new features and ensure awareness of product status and risks.
Requirements
- High-level English – Verbal & Writing.
- Previous experience in information security, IT & vendor risk management, Security audit, Security compliance, controls assurance, and data privacy.
- In-depth knowledge of security compliance standards (SOC2, SOC3, FedRAMP, CJIS, GDPR, NIST 800-53, etc.)- an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and understanding of industry trends associated with Cloud computing, network, and security.
- Background with regulatory work in a software company.
- Self-directed professional with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
