About The Position
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Training Specialist to support our growing team. We are looking for a talented individual that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies for the training area in the organization. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical training delivery
- Deliver training in English and Hebrew, make necessary improvements and adjustments to the training material
- Performing training for diverse populations: internal, partners, and customers
- Ongoing maintenance of a knowledge management system
Requirements
- Training and training development experience
- Excellent English
- Technology Oriented
- Flexibility in working hours
- Experience with SaaS- an advantage
- Creative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through presentations and other tools
