About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Manager who will join our growing team located in Dallas, to deliver a superb customer experience to our local US customers.

Our customers’ satisfaction is the key to our success, making this role a vital component of our company’s growth. The Customer Success Manager will lead and ensure the onboarding process of new customers and maintain the satisfaction level of existing ones.


  • Build strong relationships with your clients.
  • Manage onboarding process of new clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Manage QBRs with your customers.
  • Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems, and where necessary escalate the case to the relevant people.
  • Actively engage with multiple contacts in each account to ensure amazing partnership and communication.
  • Manage escalation events like a pro.
  • Know well the product to address the business needs of your clients
  • You will have the ability to establish a business relationship with C-levels, and negotiate renewals and upsells.


  • Experience in customer success or account management, an advantage in a SaaS-based company.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with abilities to motivate people.
  • High prioritization skills and process orientation.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and very high energy.
