The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects.

Work with the clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD), User Stories and Personas with detailed specifications for new and existing product features and functionalities
Lead a product roadmap for one of the products' verticals
Work closely with R&D, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure that the planned products are delivered to market according to the customers' needs
Participate in an agile process by continuously generating and prioritizing the backlog with on-going features and functionalities
Define clear KPIs for every release and communicate results to stakeholders
Meeting customers and partners to get product insight and feedback

Requirements

1 year of experience as a product manager or 2-3 years' experience working with RnD or in mapping needs and defining solutions to answer them
Experienced in working using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) – big advantage
English Proficiency (verbal and written) at a high level
Hard working, organized, methodical and creative team player
High-level presentation skills
Experience with Machine Learning products (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience with organizational systems such as CMS, CRM, KMS, HR- an advantage
